Piper's Progress - 11 weeks old

Piper was 11 weeks old yesterday. Some of her latest accomplishments include:
- Lots of cooing, talking and sound making. Sometimes it gets so loud she frightens herself!
- Sleeping through most of the night. Most nights now she only wakes for 1 feed instead of 2. Although she disgraced herself last night and got up twice...lol. I always do the first feed and Daddy does the second. Of course this will work in Shawn's favour more and more as she gets older and only wakes for 1 feed.
- Discovering her hands. This is her newest accomplishment and I've only noticed it in the past 2 days. She tries to shove her whole fist into her mouth and sucks on it, whilst drooling everywhere. She also watches her hands when they are held up in front of her and goes cross-eyed trying to follow them.
- Beautiful smiles. We get these all day long now and we can make her smile by talking, tickling & blowing raspberrys. Her smiles are gorgeous - Daddy's gonna have his hands full as she gets older!
- Hitting toys on her Gymini. Piper loves lying on her Gymini. Most of the time she hits the toys accidentally as she waves her arms and legs around. Her cousin Adrianna gave her a cute toy we call Buggles. We have attached Buggles to her Gymini and she loves talking to Buggles and hitting the other toys hanging above her.
